These partnerships enable the TSBCAC to extend its cybersecurity resources and training statewide, ensuring businesses in all regions—urban, rural, and underserved—receive the tailored support they need to protect against cyber threats.

A virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) provides expert cybersecurity guidance without the need for a full-time hire. Texas small businesses can access up to 40 hours of vCISO services from certified professionals at no cost.

Training

Our training initiative offers over 192 virtual and in-person events across two years, designed to equip Texas small businesses with essential cybersecurity skills, strategies, and best practices to strengthen their defenses.

Hygiene Ladders

Cybersecurity Hygiene Ladders offer step-by-step, manageable actions to improve a business’s cybersecurity posture, starting with basic security controls and progressing to advanced measures.

Cyber Shield Program

The Cyber Shield Program recognizes small businesses that complete core cybersecurity training and implement essential protections, earning a certificate and window cling to showcase their cybersecurity commitment.
